Quality Supervisor - Picking/Verification

Job Summary
Inspect and test products during in-process and final inspection to ensure conformity with safety and quality standards. Accept or reject items based on predetermined specifications and prepare Non-Conforming Material Reports. Supervise daily and weekly workflow, assign inspection tasks, and manage manpower for shift coverage. Lead inspection personnel, maintain accurate QC records, and support gage calibrations while adhering to ISO/IATF and 5S standards. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and other departments to address gaps and achieve operational objectives. Maintain effective work instructions and conduct MRB meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to wear PPE
- Experience in quality assurance
- Experience in GD&T / Basic Blueprint
- Basic math skills
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Quality Experience in a leadership position
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience in ISO/TS 16949
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, 5S, KPIs, etc.
