Job Summary
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for directing the QC Technicians, overseeing scheduling, performance reviews, and training to meet productivity and quality metrics. The role necessitates maintaining a safe and organized workspace while fostering a positive team environment. Key responsibilities include mentoring team members, implementing continuous improvement projects, and ensuring quality output. Candidates must possess strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, along with a high level of visual awareness and problem-solving capability. A high school diploma is required, with experience specifically in quality supervision within a manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus in Quality
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing engineering and related management processes (e.g. Kaizen, SPC, TPM, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, Six-Sigma)
- Solid skills and experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
