Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation or auditing
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Strong background in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop quality team members
