Quality Supervisor

Oversee all quality assurance and food safety aspects, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Train teams on SQF, GMPs, SOPs, and safe work practices while establishing proactive standards for SQF, BRC, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, and EPA. Resolve problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate root cause investigations for risks, failures, and complaints, then manage CAPA implementation. Execute internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits, and determine, document, and approve site-specific occurrences such as deviations, waivers, and releases. Assess product specifications and manage change control for Standard Operating Procedures and new labels. Comply with safety and GMP requirements while working with production managers to maximize quality and minimize cost. This full-time role reports to the Director of Quality in our Colfax, NC facility, supporting brands committed to better-for-you snacking.
