Job Summary
The Quality Supervisor oversees quality assurance systems and implements policies to improve quality awareness and accountability. Responsibilities include maintaining the corrective/preventive action program, monitoring and assigning corrective actions, conducting internal audits, analyzing quality data, developing training programs, and direct management of the quality team. A candidate should possess knowledge of quality systems, project management skills, and technical writing abilities. Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and a collaborative approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years’ experience as a Quality Supervisor or related technical position required
Desired Qualifications
- ISO 9001:2015 experience preferred
- Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience preferred
- Lean/5S/6 Sigma Certifications a plus
- ASQ or Other Quality Certifications Preferred
