Quality Supervisor

Manage day-to-day quality control and inspection activities across assigned areas, supervising hourly and SBU staff while conducting daily audits to hold team members accountable. Create, implement, and sustain vehicle control plans to prevent defect outflow, directing workforce adherence to government regulations, MQGR standards, and Level 1 requirements. Empower independent judgment to commence or cease production based on quality and safety needs, while performing process audits, reviewing critical stations, and analyzing quality data for calibration. Document non-conformance conditions, lead root cause analysis, and execute corrective actions in collaboration with engineering and suppliers. Establish and maintain documentation of processes, train personnel on quality requirements, and represent the Voice of the Customer to platform teams.
