Job Summary
Quality Assurance Supervisor leading plant quality programs and ensuring high-quality, safe products. Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, implementing and maintaining HACCP, CAPA investigations, and QMS; leading daily QA activities, conducting record reviews, and driving corrective actions; monitoring consumer/customer complaints and developing KPIs; ensuring food safety when addressing concerns and coordinating with management; collaborating with site leaders to optimize QA procedures; generating continuous quality improvements and implementing new policies. Must be available for off-hours support and act as backup to other QA areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of food manufacturing QA experience
- Knowledge of FDA regulations
- SQF experience (required)

- HACCP Certification from a nationally / internationally recognized and accredited HACCP training firm (preferred)
