Job Summary
The Quality Supervisor will supervise and lead a team of Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors while overseeing quality documentation and ensuring compliance with ISO/QS/AS standards. Responsibilities include managing non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis, supporting audits, and tracking key quality metrics. Candidates should have 3–5 years of manufacturing quality experience, knowledge of ISO 9001, and strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Comfortable working in both office and shop floor environments
Desired Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation control
