Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors while developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct internal audits, manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Investigate and resolve complex quality issues and customer complaints, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and process changes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management and 5+ years in a manufacturing QA/control environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proficient in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis tools
Desired Qualifications
- ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software
- Project management experience, particularly in process improvement initiatives
- Multilingual, especially in languages relevant to the workforce or customer base
