Quality Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates inspectors engaged in evaluating personnel and processes for modification, testing, and quality assurance; reviews procedures and schedules to plan inspections, audits, and work assignments; directs quality assurance activities to meet standards; trains new inspectors and maintains the training program; coordinates with quality team, production, logistics, and management to resolve issues; liaises with DCMA and customers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards; must understand and apply aviation/aircraft production requirements, technical drawings, and production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in aviation, business management, business administration, or an equivalent level of education and experience
- Experience in fighter aircraft line operations or aircraft production/manufacturing environment
- Certified ISO 9100 internal auditor
- At least seven (7) years of supervisory experience in fighter aircraft flight line operations or aircraft production/manufacturing environment
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience auditing compliance with ISO 9100 standards
- Ability to read technical data, drawings, processes, and procedures in English
- Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Word)
