Quality Supervisor

Conduct final inspections and rework parts or assemblies using visual and inspection equipment while ensuring all quality standards are met. Prepare hazard assessments, workplace instructions, and customer complaint resolutions. Coordinate team leaders, assess employee performance, and manage scheduling, holidays, and overtime. Lead and discipline staff, plan testing equipment and project resources, and serve as the primary contact for all customer matters. Comply with location specifications, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards for on-site areas. Maintain computer literacy with Microsoft Office tools and participate in team meetings.
