Job Summary
In this hands-on role, you will oversee quality assurance processes in a manufacturing setting, drive data-driven improvements, deploy robust verification systems, and lead teams to uphold product reliability. You’ll participate in continuous improvement projects, create and maintain quality procedures, review in-process data, coordinate corrective/preventive actions, and develop quality systems for equipment, materials, and products (including PFMEA, CpK, and testing plans). You’ll support product spec development, investigate customer complaints via CAPA, and supervise/train quality staff to sustain high standards and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years in quality leadership within manufacturing
- Supervisory experience with inspectors, technicians, and leads in assembly environments
- Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab), lab equipment (CMM/OGPs), and metrics (CpK, Gauge R&R)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
