Quality Supervisor 2nd shift

Supervise the Quality Assurance Inspection function on the manufacturing floor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) in Columbia, SC. Coordinate with operations and engineering on production schedule coverage; assign and develop quality auditors; hire and train inspectors; interface with HR, customers, and vendors; perform and oversee process and sub-factory audits; review quality reports; implement corrective actions; ensure procedures are followed and contribute to quality goals through liaison with multiple functional groups; provide hands-on guidance and leadership to auditors and shift staff to maintain quality standards.
