Job Summary
Translate global and site Quality strategy into clear, actionable plans and lead the Quality transformation roadmap. Partner with Business Excellence and cross-functional teams to drive execution, track progress, and support deployment of the Agile Operating System. Use data and digital tools to improve ways of working, identify capability gaps, and champion a strong Quality culture. Collaborate with the Site Leadership Team and Operations to represent Quality in strategic initiatives, communicate progress to stakeholders, and support quality budget planning. Work in a controlled manufacturing environment requiring special gowning, protective clothing, and potential respiratory protection while handling chemicals. Requires multiple shifts, weekends, and supplemental hours as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or biologics manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of cGMP principles and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Proven experience leading or supporting transformation, strategy deployment, or continuous improvement in Quality, Operations, or Business Excellence
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Understanding of lean operations
- Ability to work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body
- Ability to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a cold, wet environment
- Ability to work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary
- Ability to work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection
