Job Summary
Manage complaint management processes by documenting failures, reporting in GQRS, and monitoring deadlines for customer exchanges. Lead failure analysis of defect parts and prototypes, coordinate rework and repair at customer assembly lines, and eliminate suspect parts at the Yazaki warehouse. Facilitate problem solving for customer returns, record rework and sorting costs, and execute product audits to track corrective actions. Validate prototypes and samples while providing onsite QM support during the product life cycle. Assist in supplier audits and interface with customers regarding operational quality subjects and new product implementation. Requires an engineering degree, 2-3 years of automotive quality experience, and fluency in Turkish and English.
Required Qualifications
- An engineering degree from university
- At least 2-3 years of experience in automotive sector as a quality engineer
- Good understanding of automotive quality tools
- Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and OEM quality standards
- Good knowledge of computer skills; all office programs
- Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- Fluent level of Turkish and English
