Job Summary
Conduct daily calibration and recording for Magnetic Particle (MT) and Ultrasonic (UT) inspections. Ensure all checklists are completed before proceeding with Visual (VT), UT, and MT examinations. Update daily inspection logs by shift end and mark inspected sections with required tags. Perform weekly disposal of empty MT/PT chemical cans and maintain NDT equipment cleanliness and function. Prepare updated daily reports for supervisors while adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards. This 6-month contract role in Batam requires ASNT Level II UT and MT certification and involves active movement throughout the factory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas atau sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun atau kurang di bidang NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) atau dalam proses pengelasan
- Memiliki sertifikat valid UT dan MT (ASNT level II)
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pekerjaan ini mungkin memerlukan banyak gerakan aktif di seluruh pabrik termasuk naik turun tangga dan anak tangga, mengangkat peralatan, serta mendorong dan menarik peralatan
