Job Summary
Quality Specialist needed to provide real-time quality support on the manufacturing floor, manage quality holds, and execute quality system activities. Partners with production to resolve issues, perform ERP quality transactions, and support data collection for root cause analysis. Collaborates on supplier quality failures, customer complaint investigations, and maintenance of quality records and dashboards. Performs routine QC testing (e.g., pH, viscosity, titrations) and supports lab compliance, calibration records, SOPs, and training documentation. Requires 1-3 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing and strong MS Office skills for documentation and reporting. Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and ensure quality across operations.
Required Qualifications
