Quality Specialist

Implement quality management systems by identifying non-conformities in products and raw materials, then executing corrective actions. Act as an ambassador for quality standards while participating in customer complaint resolution and the elaboration of corrective and preventive actions. Lead internal audits, certification processes, and second-party audits, while assessing training needs and delivering related sessions. Work in shifts including night shifts to support the Lantmännen Unibake team in Pantelimon, Ilfov. A university degree and food quality experience are required, with fluency in Romanian and English essential.
