Quality Specialist

Quality Specialist responsibilities include preparing the Certified Material Documentation package for products, entering data into online government databases, reviewing customer order requirements to certify product compliance, generating and maintaining spreadsheets, maintaining certification/waiver/test report/supplier-certification files, providing clerical support to the QMS and Quality teams, maintaining shared customer-specification files, and performing internal audits. The role requires strong math, data entry, typing, team collaboration and the ability to work independently, with attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication. Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree relevant to ENF, knowledge of metallurgy, testing/inspection techniques, ISO auditing, and experience preparing detailed reports and working with government/commercial specifications.
