Job Summary
Quality Specialist- Customer Liaison role represents GE to customers, manages warranty issues, and leads resolution and root-cause investigations. Responsible for documenting complaints in ACT/QCR, managing returns/repairs, monitoring warranty costs, and providing feedback to quality and production teams. Requires strong communication, MS Office and SAP proficiency, structured problem-solving (5 Why, 8D, Fishbone), and willingness to travel (<15%). Environment emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and driving continuous improvement in warranty and field service processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field with 1+ year of High Voltage circuit breaker customer service experience OR High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years of High Voltage circuit breaker customer service experience
