Job Summary
Quality Supervisor/Assistant contractor in Meadville, PA, supporting the QEHS Manager with daily quality activities and assigned projects. Responsible for reviewing, revising, and creating Standard Work Instructions and Work Instructions; maintaining organized quality documentation and basic reporting; monitoring production and operational activities from a quality assurance perspective; helping ensure operational continuity and adherence to internal quality expectations; following priorities from QEHS Manager and Plant Leadership; preparing internal reports related to quality performance and issues; contributing to reducing operational disruptions and customer complaints during plant operations; no responsibility for formal ISO, IATF, or external audit management; on-site presence 3-5 days per week; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to create clear and structured documentation; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; 6-month contract duration with ASAP start; full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of quality systems in a manufacturing environment
- Associate degree or technical education in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- On-site presence required 3-5 days per week
