Job Summary
Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed and address issues with proposed solutions. Document quality assurance activities, create audit reports, and make recommendations for improvement. Provide expertise in all aspects of QA including calibration, incoming materials, document control, and QC. Assist in creating training materials and operating manuals while analyzing data to improve quality and efficiency. This role supports Robinson, Inc.'s manufacturing solutions and ownership culture within the metal fabrication industry.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards as applicable.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

- Ability to collaborate with internal and external departments.
- Strong analytical skills, along with a keen sense of attention to detail.
- Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
