Job Summary
Conduct post extrusion audits and dispose material into finished goods inventory. Monitor critical profiles based on outflow risk and support quality equipment functionality including troubleshooting Bytewise and Keyence tools. Communicate compromised runs to Process, Production, and Quality Departments while assisting in tracking trends or quality issues. Train floor associates on procedures and quality gauges, and assist Production to manage hold areas and containment activities. Work a 12-hour night shift on a two-week rotating schedule with flexibility to support off shifts or weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- part print reading
- detail-oriented
- use of calipers and micrometers
- basic level Excel
- Basic knowledge of statistics and geometry
- Understand written and verbal instruction and communicate the same
- Learn and retain information on products, operating procedures, quality requirements, set-ups, etc
- Work well in a team setting
- Able to lift loads up 50 pounds frequently and assist coworkers with heavier loads
- Able to work on your feet for a 8+ hour shift
- no attendance or discipline issues in the past year
- positive and engaging attitude with associates, management, and other departments
- Flexibility to support off shifts / weekends as needed
