Quality Specialist

Handle and analyze non-conforming materials during operation while facilitating and monitoring necessary corrective actions. Monitor supplier quality data, verify supplier corrective actions, and organize regular supplier audits to track quality improvements. Create or update quality procedures and inspection criteria, train relevant employees, and verify their effectiveness. Monitor production process quality data to create and implement improvement plans, and handle customer complaints with follow-up actions. Participate in regular process and product audits to ensure continuous quality enhancement. Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering with over three years of quality control experience.
