Quality Specialist

Prepare fill and assembly specifications for new items and update specifications in the fill and assembly specifications system. Analyze components and bulk materials to confirm accuracy against the bill of material, artwork, and actual materials received. Partner with Customer Project Management, Sales, and other departments to prepare accurate specifications and utilize the Monarch (MRP) system for demand analysis, PO placement, and BOM analysis. Work with customers to confirm new item information, attend new start-ups, and conduct meetings to review specifications and establish quality control standards. Investigate nonconformances related to customer complaints, reworks, and internal issues within the fill and assembly processes. Maintain records of customer procedures and requirements while adhering to government and industry standards such as FDA and ISO.
