Job Summary
The Quality Specialist III (Repeater Tester) performs electro-optical tests on repeaters and sub-assemblies in the Production Testing department, adheres to safety and 5S/quality standards, generates incident reports for non-conformances, interfaces with manufacturing and quality teams, and supports process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include executing test procedures, handling data and documentation, operating in a clean room, following PPE and safety guidelines, and contributing to on-time, high-quality deliverables for a broad range of customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a written job-related test
- Experience in optical and electronic testing (preferred)
- Proficiency with basic computer usage and Windows applications (preferred)
