Job Summary
Conduct quality management system audits, inspect work sites for hazards, and lead investigations into workplace incidents and customer complaints. Analyze statistical data to ensure compliance, propose changes to testing parameters, and streamline procedures by identifying deviations. Deliver training sessions on regulatory topics and mentor junior team members while collaborating with Engineering and Production to maintain documentation for external ISO audits. Perform advanced process audits and collect samples to drive real-world improvements.
Required Qualifications
- MBO level 3 or 4 in a technical or related field
- Proven experience in quality and safety within a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to collect samples, conduct visual inspections, and use data to drive real-world improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills; you can easily translate complex safety rules into understandable instructions for a diverse workforce
- Comfortable planning your own work and taking responsibility for decisions within your scope
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with ISO standards or formal auditing
- A 'hands-on' mentality with a sharp eye for detail
- Ambition to obtain further specialized safety or quality certifications
