Job Summary
Quality & Safety Specialist to lead and oversee quality improvement initiatives, promote a culture of safety, monitor and analyze quality metrics (patients outcomes, readmission rates, performance indicators), lead performance improvement projects related to patient safety and quality of care, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Requires developing and implementing strategies to engage staff in safety initiatives and reporting, analyzing data, and providing guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Related Field or Master's Degree Related Field Preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or related field in a healthcare setting
