Quality & Safety Specialist

Drive occupational safety, food safety, and quality results in the assigned Service Center through training, implementation, and monitoring of IFCO’s Safety and Quality Management System. Responsibilities include monitoring key processes and data, reviewing metrics and KPIs, identifying gaps, initiating corrective actions, ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA and other regulations, managing hazardous waste, ensuring SDS inclusion for new materials, conducting incident investigations, improving quality dashboards, and leading wash machine cleaning/sanitization standard work and procedures. English required with Spanish preferred; strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills expected; 3+ years in an EHS/Quality role in manufacturing; experience with sanitation chemicals and environmental monitoring; proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP; capable of independent prioritization and adapting to changing priorities.
