Quality Safety & Security Manager / Deputy Country Director - Chad

Lead the development and maintenance of MAF Chad's Quality and Safety Management Systems (QMS & SMS) to ensure the highest standards across all operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, audits, and proactive leadership while overseeing internal and external audits to ensure corrective actions are completed. Drive proactive safety management by identifying risks, leading investigations into safety events, and implementing effective solutions to create a safe operating environment. Support organisational leadership by deputising for the Country Director and providing management support across administration, HR, IT, facilities, and strategic projects. Participate actively in the spiritual life of MAF, integrating faith, service, and professionalism to help transform lives through aviation in Chad's remotest regions.
