Job Summary
The Quality & Safety Analyst role at CRI-Help involves providing analytical and administrative support for quality, compliance, and safety across substance use disorder programs, monitoring client files for compliance, assisting in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with staff to enhance client care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field plus 1+ year of related work experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Valid driver’s license or willingness to alternatively commute between sites
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with ASAM Criteria
- Person-centered treatment planning
- Evidence-based practices (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT)
- Experience with CARF or other accreditation processes
- EHR platform proficiency
- Project management certification or coursework (PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
