Job Summary
Manage the Account Risk and Compliance Strategy and platform across the Asia Pacific region, overseeing Quality, Risk, and Compliance performance for all client services. Execute continuous improvement programs by conducting root cause analysis on incidents, managing Business Continuity Plans, and ensuring adherence to ethics, information security, and supplier compliance standards. Monitor account performance through risk assessments, sampling, and ad hoc reporting while leading investigations into high-level risk events and legal matters. Establish communication strategies to drive program awareness and deliver training to regional and country teams, acting as the single point of contact for scope alignment with senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10-15 years management experience within a risk, compliance, legal, audit, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in relevant Business or Legal fields
- Commercial real estate / facilities management experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of risk and compliance concepts, theories, and principles
- Strong interpersonal skills including perseverance, influencing, persuading & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding and ability to apply knowledge and skills in relation to Quality and Risk Management standards (e.g., ISO9001/ISO31000)
- Problem Solving, including the ability to use strong logic and linkage of related data points to solve problems and create effective new solutions
- Location in Bangalore preferred
- Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KA
Desired Qualifications
- Broad acumen of corporate real estate / facilities management processes and services (e.g., engineering, facilities management, health and safety, project management, etc.); exposure to other corporate areas, such as procurement, finance, information technology, etc., a plus
- Audit, Internal Audit, and/or Quality Management qualification or experience preferred
- Six Sigma trained, and/or Process Management experience desirable but not required
- Second language a plus
