Job Summary
Lead organisation-wide quality, risk, and assurance practices to deliver meaningful outcomes for Māori communities and whānau. Work alongside senior leaders, governance groups, and staff to strengthen organisational performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build systems and practices that are both robust and culturally grounded, reflecting Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Rau Ora values. This permanent, full-time role is based in Pōneke/Wellington. Required Qualifications
- Have experience in quality, risk, assurance, audit, governance, or organisational improvement.
- Understand the importance of kaupapa Māori and culturally safe practice
