Job Summary
Quality Review Specialist responsible for the validation of workflows in Deposit and Treasury Operations, including the review of SOC and non-SOC maintenance and auditing-related documentation. Works closely with Deposits, Treasury, ACH, and Wire Operations to perform quality reviews of onboarding and client implementations, client maintenance, Treasury Billing, online banking for Treasury clients, teller transaction review, and single sign-on setups. Also manages audit activities and SOC controls. Requires thorough knowledge of Deposit and Treasury products and processes, strong organizational and project management skills, and effective communication with management, staff, and vendors. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3 years’ bank operations experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of bank operations experience in Deposit/Treasury Operations
