Quality Review Specialist I (MCS)

Review client files and production systems for data accuracy and error-free information. Analyze quality reports to identify trends, root causes, and actionable recommendations for process improvements. Implement quality processes to maintain high operational standards and solve atypical problems using existing precedents. Communicate complex interdependencies within the team and modify work practices to improve efficiency under limited supervision. Provide operational support to the production team throughout the real estate transaction lifecycle, from pre-closing to post-closing, while serving as a resource for less experienced members.
