Job Summary
Quality Review & Reporting Senior Analyst responsible for recording and maintaining up-to-date lease data to support cost-effective and proactive portfolio management for occupier clients; duties include data quality controls, BAU tasks, comparing abstraction forms with system data, producing database reports, workload management, supporting BAU process documents, and maintaining data-related documentation on Shared drives/SharePoint; requires a BSc/MSc degree, 1 year in data processing or real estate operations in an international environment, data abstraction experience, strong IT literacy, excellent MS Office skills, English proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work independently and in a team in a high-pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
- BSC/MSC degree is required
- 1 year data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment is required
- Data abstraction experience is required
- English language upper intermediate
- Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage
- Strong IT literacy
- Intermediate MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Strong work ethic
- Flexibility during times of change
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

- Responsibilities include: Comply with internal processes and data quality controls, Delivering contracted service level, Daily and BAU tasks, Compare abstraction form with abstracted data, Production of database reports, Efficient workload management, Supporting BAU process documents
- Main records and documents kept by the jobholder: All Data related documentation stored on Shared drives or SharePoint
