Job Summary
Compare abstraction forms with recorded lease data and produce database reports to maintain an accurate, consistent lease database. Comply with client and internal data quality controls while managing workload and supporting team members in the back-up system. Maintain BAU process documents and ensure all tasks align with contracted service levels. Daily and other routine activities ground and secure cost-effective operational and financial portfolio management for occupier clients.
Required Qualifications
- BSC/MSC degree
- 1 year data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment
- Data abstraction experience
- English language upper intermediate
- Strong IT literacy
- Intermediate MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong work ethic
- Flexibility during times of change
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of any other European language
