Job Summary
Manage customer relationships at Hyundai assembly plants as a Tier One supplier, applying manufacturing-process knowledge to address quality concerns and minimize impact on customer satisfaction. Conduct initial investigations, manage containment at customer sites, initiate problem resolution with teams, and present six panel reports while following up on warranty claims and charge-backs. Support engineering changes, approvals, and trials; be on call 24/7; perform other duties as assigned by Sr. Quality Manager.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- Requires 5+ years experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
