Quality Reporting Specialist

Job Summary
Apply knowledge of HEDIS quality measures to address incentivized contract measures across Medicare Advantage and commercial health plans, ensuring practices and ACOs receive credit for patient services. Access practices in-person or remotely to retrieve documentation for quality gaps, then submit data to health plans via portals or secure email. Coordinate Electronic Health Record system access and consult with the market field team on reporting strategy, providing chart review feedback and relevant market updates. Track and communicate progress while escalating performance barriers. Requires 1+ years in healthcare quality reporting, experience with major EHR systems, and strong Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in quality reporting in healthcare or health plan setting
- Experience working within at least one (1) major Electronic Health Record system (athenaHealth, eCW, etc)
- Comfortable exporting data, formatting and reporting out results (Excel or Google Sheets experience)
- Able to work independently and prioritize deadlines
- Track and communicate progress; escalate barriers to performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
- G-Suite Proficiency
- Experience working with the Medicare Advantage STARS program and HEDIS measures
