Job Summary
Quality Reporting & Accreditation Specialist serves as the primary project manager for NCQA accreditation, certification, and HealthChoices related activities, coordinating with accreditation bodies and the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to ensure compliance. Develops tools to identify quality risks, compiles information for internal and external audits, and supports quality improvement and monitoring across departments. Recommends program improvements to CBH Officers and the Quality Improvement Committee, and helps ensure program integrity by reporting suspected fraud, waste, or abuse. Responsible for coordinating communications about quality initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field; CPHQ within 1 year of hire; PMP preferred; minimum 3 years post-graduate experience. Philadelphia residency is required upon hire, with USA work authorization without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral health, healthcare, public administration, or social sciences
- CPHQ preferred; CP HQ required within 1 year of hire
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience
- U.S. Authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future
