Job Summary
Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager (part-time 20 hours/week) at Resourcify, a German-based circularity software and services company, focused on building and owning the quality and compliance foundation to scale across EMEA and the US. You will build, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and document control; plan and conduct internal audits; qualify, audit, and monitor recycling and collection partners against quality and regulatory standards; define partner governance and remediation tracking; monitor regulatory developments across markets; prepare documentation for ISO certifications, insurers, and external audits; and serve as the go-to expert for quality and regulatory topics across the organization. The role involves coordination with Solutions and Operations teams, and may develop into a full-time position. English fluency is required; German is a strong plus. Remote-first work within Germany with potential for flexible arrangements and offices in Berlin and Hamburg.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building or managing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience conducting or managing supplier and third-party audits
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and document control systems
- Ability to bring structure to complex operational processes and continuously improve them
- Strong communication skills and collaboration across teams
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and execute
- Fluency in English; German language is a strong plus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in pharma, med-tech, or another highly regulated industry
- Experience with certification bodies, enterprise customer audits, or insurer compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001)
- Knowledge of sustainability, recycling, waste management, or circular economy topics
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up
