Job Summary
Quality Technician responsible for ensuring that incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products meet established quality standards and specifications. Duties include inspections and pass/fail determination, first article inspections for die-cut and waterjet-cut gaskets, measurement of OEM, T-, and production samples, documentation of results, identification and management of nonconforming materials with rework/sorting, and maintaining confidential information in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience; or associate’s degree and 6 months-1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in machine shop or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with design software Autodesk, SolidWorks, etc.
- Strong proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
