Quality QMS Coordinator

Quality QMS Coordinator supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) within a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards. Responsibilities include assisting audits (internal, customer, and third-party), documentation control, CAPA tracking and closure, root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone), data analysis and reporting, in-process and final inspections, and training to promote continuous improvement and process standardization across three Pelzer facilities. The role emphasizes procedures, work instructions, forms, records management, and support for SOP creation and guidelines, with emphasis on quality and compliance on the production floor. Preferred qualifications include experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, internal auditor training, CAPA systems, document control, quality databases, and basic SPC; requires ability to read drawings and interpret specifications, strong attention to detail, and effective communication. The successful candidate will align with Vertiv’s quality-focused culture and core principles on a manufacturing site in Pelzer, SC.
