Job Summary
Quality QMS Auditor responsible for conducting risk-based internal audits across global sites to ensure ISO 9001 compliance, identify systemic risks, and drive sustained process effectiveness. Plans and executes audits, evaluates process maturity, documents evidence-based findings, drives RCCA/CAPA with true root cause identification, validates corrective actions through follow-up audits, reports governance metrics, and supports external quality system audits. Requires 3+ years in a QMS role, Certified Internal Auditor, ISO 9001 knowledge, and strong communication plus DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plans familiarity. Travel is expected (60%), with the role based in Santa Catarina, Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Internal Auditor
- Working knowledge of ISO-9001 standard requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a QMS role
- Proven ability to drive sustainable corrective actions (RCCA / CAPA) and verify effectiveness
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical skills with ability to identify, assess, and prioritize systemic global process risks
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
