Quality PTM

Manage quality in project Set and monitor the Quality Roadmap to reach customer and cost targets. Define quality costs, follow up milestones, and detect risks from cradle to grave by escalating roadblocks and ensuring CPM compliance. Enforce build-in quality standards using SPPC tracking sheets, VRFs, and DFMEA/PFMEA updates to reduce RPN. Validate LLCs in design, respect 4M matrices for changes, and revise control plans post-issue. Support supplier management, define control plans for prototype through serial stages, and ensure consistency between SPPC, FMEA, and control plans. Participate in design reviews, pre-FDPR, and FDPR, manage QRQC rules, and initiate VIM incidents for test failures. Full-time individual employment contract, permanent status.
