Job Summary
Quality Program Manager responsible for planning and executing quality activities across the project lifecycle in a medical device context. Develops and implements quality control plans aligned with Philips’ QMS and Six Sigma goals, monitors quality performance via audits and data analysis, leads corrective actions (including root cause analysis and FMEA), and communicates risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. Requires cross-functional collaboration, strong documentation and reporting, and the ability to drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Office-based role with in-person work at multiple locations in the US; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering, quality or related field)
- 5+ years of related quality engineering experience in the medical device industry
- Knowledge of project management practices, quality management systems (QMS), risk management, stakeholder engagement, and documentation/reporting
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by business needs
