Quality Production Specialist - Evenings ($15.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential)

Job Summary
Set up work areas by retrieving components, sterilizing tables, and code dating bottles. Fill bottles using machinery or manual processes, cap them via crimpers or air presses, and apply labels to specified products. Prepare pallets by filling totes, labeling them, loading them, and moving them with jacks. Lift finished product, perform clean-up duties including washing equipment and mopping floors, and support equipment changeovers. Inspect work for cleanliness, label placement, and batch numbers, then complete personal reports. Assist in training associates, support the Product Delivery Department, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. + consistently for eight (8) hours
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment
- Standing and walking for duration of 8-hour shift
- Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for duration of shift
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects
- Visually read bottles, product, batch numbers, etc.
- Manual dexterity for such duties as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
- Good math comprehension skills to solve mathematical problems, and complete assigned paperwork
- Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to climb stairs
