Job Summary
Senior Quality Production Specialist to support the Supplier Quality Fabrication Investigations team in Helena, MT. Responsibilities include reviewing and validating nonconformances, performing failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components, applying RCCA to prevent recurrence, developing and documenting corrective actions, training teammates, and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective corrective actions at external suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience in conducting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
- 3+ years of experience in engaging senior level executives and/or customers
