Planify daily service offerings in the CRM to ensure full coverage of the property portfolio. Organize field tours for key access providers in Paris and remotely across other regions. Monitor service quality, resolve on-site surprises rapidly, and manage the network of external partners. Optimize assignment processes to improve efficiency. Track financial compliance for provider invoices and streamline validation circuits for the cleaning and check-out projects. This paid stage role supports the structuring of the new Quality and Process pole within Joivy's European residential ecosystem.
