Job Summary
Own the Material Review Board workspace, leading weekly cross-functional meetings to resolve non-conforming material issues swiftly. Investigate internal, supplier, and customer-facing quality issues, tracking them to resolution using formal Corrective Action Reports. Identify production bottlenecks and scrap-reduction opportunities, developing actionable plans to cut waste and improve overall yield. Write, update, and manage Standard Operating Procedures to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 requirements. Partner with safety and compliance agencies like UL and CSA to maintain control over regulatory labels and testing equipment. Assist with internal quality audits to keep operations audit-ready. This role supports continuous improvement and operational excellence at our Leominster, MA facility, bridging production and compliance to elevate product quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline
- Associate's degree paired with at least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
- Proven experience utilizing data-driven methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and statistical analysis tools
- Prior experience navigating ERP software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to confidently lead meetings
- Ability to influence team members across departments
Desired Qualifications
- SAP experience
- Lean Manufacturing certification
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
